I am a Network and Unified Communications Engineer turned business owner. After years of working with complex enterprise environments, I transitioned into the world of technical training, where I now help individuals earn certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and A+.

My professional background spans across multiple industries, including both the public and private sectors, as well as extensive experience supporting the healthcare industry. This has given me unique insight into how technology impacts organizations of all sizes.

I have a proven track record in networking solutions, SaaS platforms, and Unified Communications systems. Beyond the technical expertise, I take pride in building strong, cohesive teams and creating solutions that align with organizational goals.

Today, my focus is on training and mentoring the next generation of IT professionals. Whether it's guiding someone who is brand new to technology, helping a career changer break into the field, or working with teams to strengthen their technical foundations, I’m passionate about seeing others grow and succeed.
